Are sponsorships tax-deductible?
Brownstown Archery, Inc. is organized as a nonprofit booster program, and our 501(c)(3) determination is in progress. Many sponsorship contributions may be tax-deductible — we’ll provide a receipt for your records, and we recommend confirming deductibility with your tax advisor.
How do I pay after submitting the form?
After you submit the application, our booster club will reach out within 2-3 business days to confirm your tier and arrange payment via check, online payment, or in person.
Can I sponsor at a custom amount?
Absolutely. Select “Other / Custom Amount” on the form and let us know in the notes section what you have in mind. We’ll work with you on recognition that fits.
How will my logo be used?
For Bullseye, Gold, and Silver tier sponsors, we’ll reach out after your application to collect a high-quality version of your logo. It will be displayed on our sponsors page and (for Bullseye and Gold) on our team banner.
When does the sponsorship year run?
Our sponsorship year aligns with the NASP season — roughly October through June. Mid-season sponsorships are welcome and prorated when appropriate.
Can I sponsor anonymously?
Yes. There’s a checkbox on the form to indicate anonymous donation. We’ll skip public recognition while still providing your receipt.
